Accommodation and services

No two locales are the same, but there are some factors that look to be common to all venues. Whatever adjustment and services you require, you must do certain that the providers have:


  • good mentions that you have got got got checked and confirmed,

  • a safety policy which they can turn out — for illustration by showing you transcripts of their safety policy and safety preparation and procedures,

  • risk appraisals in relation to the equipment and or services they will be supplying to you, and

  • public liability coverage — they should be able to bring forth a certification to turn out that they have it.

Venue manager's office
