Reliance Power's FII holding over ten-times of mutual funds
MUMBAI: Overseas investors have
emerged as the 2nd greatest stockholder social class in Anil Ambani Group's Reliance
Power after its promoters, with a 4.62 per cent interest followers allocation of
shares in its recently concluded IPO. The retention of domestic mutual
funds is less than one- one-tenth of that of FIIs, even though the figure of MF
shareholders is bigger that that of FIIs. According to the company's
post-IPO shareholding form filed with the stock exchanges, FIIs were alloted
10.43 crore shares worth about Rs 4,700 crore in the IPO, while promoters'
holding stand ups at 203.2 crore shares or 89.92 per cent. Post-IPO, as
many as 262 common monetary fund stockholders throw about 89.4 hundred thousand shares, representing a
0.4 per cent stake, while the company have 256 stockholders in the FII category. The booster social class have got 14 shareholders, while 61 stockholders in financial
institutions and Banks class have a 0.79 per cent stake. Besides,
six venture working capital finances have got a 0.01 per cent retention and 16 insurance
companies business relationship for 0.24 per cent. Among person retail
investors, over 41.6 hundred thousand retention nominal share working capital in upto Rs one hundred thousand have
3.31 per cent stake, while 250 individual stockholders holding shares worth more
than Rs one hundred thousand have got got 0.33 per cent stake. The company have 1,194
shareholders belonging to NRIs/ Other Corporate Bodies category, but their
holding is just 25,262 shares. Reliance Power have raised Rs 11,560
crore from the country's greatest ever initial public offering and is scheduled to listing its shares on
the Bourses on Monday, February 11. The offering terms of Rs 450 per share has
given it an initial marketplace cap of about Rs 1,15,000 crore
